Scott Globe Bar Made in Italy


The Scott Globe Bar has 17th-century antique globe ball map and is beautifully crafted in Italy. This globe drinks cabinet Italian craftsmanship from the globe maker Zoffoli. This globe's name comes from the famous explorer Robert Falcon Scott. In the early 20th century he led two expeditions to the Antarctic regions in the name of discovery.

This deluxe model can carry at least 6 bottles and 9 glasses and suitable for both large and small rooms. The stand is made from chestnut stained solid hardwood legs mounted to a durable veneered base. The equator ring and base have been screen printed with detail from the period. The Scott bar globe's map is a 17th century is ideal for any environment and a great centre piece for any room with its 16" antique replica globe ball. Please note: Glasses and bottles are not supplied. Some assembly required.

The Scott has a huge amount of character in the classic hand-drawn map. The vintage 17th-century cartography feels like you are looking back in history at a snapshot of a familiar world, where country shapes and sizes were still being perfected and explorers discovering new exciting places. The hand-drawn map has loads of interesting illustrations to explore such as classic ships, sea creatures, mountain ranges and animals.

17th Century Detail

The base is screen printed with a vintage compass design from the 17th century period that will look even more impressive underneath your collection of bottles or glasses whilst giving you the space to store 6 bottles underneath.

Zodiac illustrations on the inside of the ball giving an extra excuse to open the ball and show off your collection.
