Deliveries days quoted are when ordered before 3pm GMT, subject to payment being cleared. Goods will be sent with a delivery company of our choice. Most deliveries will be made using either DPD local or Parcelforce. A signature is required on receipt, so if you’d like us to arrange delivery for a certain day, please call us before placing your order.
Please note that weekends are not classed as working days. Therefore, orders placed between Friday 3pm and the following Monday before 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday. Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Limited service operates between Christmas and New Year.
If for any reason there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your item, we will call you to arrange an alternative delivery date. If we cannot contact you via telephone, an email will be sent. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch.
Large items may incur an additional delivery charge. In this case the customer will be contacted by phone in order to process the outstanding amount before the item is shipped. Also all items shipped outside the EU may incur import duties all of which must be paid by the customer on receipt of the item or the item will be sent back to us at a charge of £30 to the customer. We especially advise customers who have bought larger items to contact us to specify a convenient delivery date.
The courier will deliver between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available when they deliver. Customers in mainland UK who have supplied us with a valid email address will receive an email from the courier with tracking information when the goods have been collected from us, as well as an email on the day of delivery that gives a 1-hour time slot. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery or you can arrange to collect from a local pick up shop. We regret that this service is currently not available outside mainland UK. If the courier is unable to deliver the product within 5 workings days of the original delivery attempt, the item is sent back to us and the customer will be charge £15. This will be deducted from a refund or charged before the item is sent out for re-delivery.
Although we have chosen our couriers very carefully, problems can sometimes occur. The JustGlobes customer services team will assist as much as they can with any delivery problems. However, JustGlobes is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or other delays that are beyond our control. Neither are we liable for any losses incurred due to late delivery.
